Make a complaint to report non-compliance

To report non-compliance with transport regulation to the Department of Transport & Main Roads that you have witnessed you have two options:

1.  -Select your local region
    -Fill in the form here on The Fare Ride Website which gets emailed directly to the relevant PT office.

2. Fill in the DTMR Complaint pdf form and submit it to the local PT Office
